Tubular furnace’s shell is made of white steel, which has the advantages of corrosion resistant, heat resistant, hard deformation, etc. The resistance wire is made of high quality iron-chromium wire, high temperature, long life, anti-aging and so on. The control box consists of a precision temperature controller, time meter, control switch, micro vacuum pump, reduced motor, relays, etc. Air purification consists of three washing cylinders having the capacity of not less than 250ml which is connected with the latex tube.
