a) Overload Protection System

Overload protection system or load limiter is a system consisting of a load cell and an electronic controller which is used to restrict cranes from lifting loads above its set capacity. The load cell used is a Rope tension load cell type which measures the load acting on the rope and the corresponding strain is sent to the electronic controller which is known as a Trip safe.
The rope tension load cell is mounted onto a static/fixed rope (as shown in fig. 1 above) which is basically used in a winch, lift or a crane, etc. When load is lifted, the load cell converts the load felt on the rope into electric signals which is then processed by the trip safe resulting in audio, visual annunciation/alarm.
TRIP SAFE is wall mounting, mains operated control panel designed to provide change over contact against pre set load along with audio as well as visual alarm. The control panel is compatible with strain gauge based transducers like load cells, pressure transducers, etc. which have strain gauge bridge.Some of the features of the indicator are:

B) Load indication in main hoist and auxiliary hoist:

Load indicating system consists of a load cell and an electronic controller which is used to display the load lifted by the main hoist and auxiliary hoist.
If required alarms can be set if the cumulative load is above the set capacity limit. The load cell used is a Rope tension load cell type which measures the load acting on the rope and the corresponding strain is sent to the load indicator
The rope tension load cell is mounted onto a static/fixed rope (as shown in fig. 1 above) which is basically used in a winch, lift or a crane, etc. When load is lifted, the load cell converts the load felt on the rope into electric signals which is then processed by the load indicator to display in the load at any moment in the desired units.
The main hoist and auxiliary could have separate display or as an option we could give cumulative value. The indicator is compatible with external large displays if desired in the sizes of 50mm/100mm/200mm/300mm.as option
The load indicator could be wall mounting or panel mounting, mains operated control panel designed to provide change over contact against pre set load along with audio as well as visual alarm.. The indicator is also provided with external tare.
