The temperature instrument with SM suffix is our latest product. It can match with other series instruments. At the same time, each instrument has a relay output and solid-state relay or silicon drive function. Thermocouple input can choose K, E, J switch. There is only one Fn menu. Fn = 0 is the two digit control, Fn = 1 ~ 8 are digital adjustment. Fn is smaller, warming is faster, but the overshoot, temperature fluctuations is large. Fn increased, slowing down the warming speed, easy to use. It is best product to replace digital meters. The accuracy of digital temperature instrument is ±1. power switch can work at 80 ~ 260V voltage.

Operation:

1, please make sure connection is correct. Relay output is switch signal, contact capacity is 10A/220V. directly use to trigger the silicon. If it is solid-state relay, SSR can be connected on the terminal and pay attention to positive and negative direction, please make sure the connection direction is correct.

2,Connect power to instrument, display window shows the measuring temperature. Press SET button to show SP (setting temperature), and then press SET again to show settings value, please change value by shift, up and down keys. Please confirm by SET after finishing.

3.enter the menu: Press SET button for 5 seconds, window display Fn (control mode selection), and then press SET , there will be a figure from 0 to 8, you can choose by add or minus keys, then confirm by SET. The setting value is 0 which is the two digit control. Setting 1 ~ 8 is the digital regulator. Set according to different requirement(the factory setting Fn = 3) . In principle it is smaller, it is better.

At the same time, window display LCK (password) by add and minus key. Then press SET key, enter the password 6, and then press SET key, there will be followed by AL1, SC, T, DF, GC menu. change the parameter according to request. GC is larger, warming is faster, but also overshoot increase. in order to quickly heat up, power configurations is larger, this will lead to a large overshoot. Reduce overshoot by GC which will not affect warming speed.

4. more functions: change the range and indexing, alarm mode and refrigeration mode, please ask for distributor.

Note: change sub-degree, short circuit input, it is necessary to amend temporal temperature by SC. This is important.

5.The measuring range is important. if warming is too slow, maybe the range it too wide, please shorten the range. If the temperature overshoot is too large, may be the range is too small, please increase range.

7. Quality assurance: it will show factory year when opening it.
