Description:
Model 5715/5795 load pins are made from alloy steel (5715) or stainless steel (5795). They can be sealed up to IP 68 for industrial applications under harsh conditions.
Based on BCM's metal foil strain gauge technology, 5715/5795 load pins operate on single-ended shear-beam principle. These products are mostly used as a shaft with sensor function. They are widely used in applications such as crane system, hopper system and other process systems.
The measuring range of 5715/5795 load pins ranges from 10 kN to 300 kN with an accuracy up to 0.2 %fso (fso=full scale output). The standard output signal is millivolt signal. Amplified analog output signals are also available on request.
