PHT series antimony electrode pH transmitter is a kind of industrial on-line analysis instrument which integrated with pH value detection, self-cleaning and electric signal conversion. It is applicable for chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, paper, sugar, and environmental protection industries in the continuous measurement of pH and control.
1.Electronic conversion unit is modular structured, shake and moisture proof. Failure rate is very low.
2. Applying high purity antimony to manufacture measuring electrode. Applying silver - silver chloride round electrode as reference electrode. They are national patent technology "integrated body acidity sensor" and "Film salt bridge device" (Patent No. 90224017X, ZL932017533).
3.Internal reference solution is stored in the high slot, it make the reference electrode avoid from reverse osmosis. Base electric potential of the reference electrode is stable, drift is small.
4.Agate spatula double scraper cleaning device can clean the measurement electrode and reference electrode at the same time. It has a good ability of anti-fouling, can work in high turbidity, high viscosity, and easy to crystal or fouling medium without maintenance.
5.Secondary instrument apply LED to display 0-14pH values. Output high and low alarm and 4-20mA current signalm, can be matching with the DCS.

Antimony electrode and reference electrode consist of pH the measurement system. In the measured solution, antimony trioxide formed on the surface of antimony electrode, electric potential was formed between metal antimony and antimony trioxide surface, and the electric potential value is decided by the thichkness of antimony trioxide. The thickness of antimony trioxide corresponds to the concentration of hydrogen ion activity.
The electronic unit of PHT acidity transmitter is cemented into a fixed module. There is good on-site protection ability to vibration, humidity and corrosive gases. For on-site safety purpose, secondary instrument need to supply AC24V or DC24V power. The power is supplied to cleanning motor and transmission circuit. The reference signal and the pH acid signal is amplified firstly and then adjusted by the slope and zero position circuit, the resistance of the pH signal can be adjusted lower.
The amplified pH signal and temperature compensation signal will be superposed, and then sent to the voltage current converter. The output 4~20mA constant current signal is corresponding to the pH value. 4~20mA is non-isolated two-wire signal.
