The electronic platform scale is one of our hot selling goods.It meets great favor home and abord.The platform consist of scale body,four load cells and intellectualized indicator,is welded with carbon steel and antiskid plate.And our exquisite workmanship is guaranteed by our excellent technical workers and our advanced production facilities. More than 80% of our workers are technicians who are in charge of the research and development -administration- production-sales and service. Automatic plate shears, automatic bending machine, automatic plasma cutting machine, automatic welding machine, automatic shot blasting machine are used in our manufacturing process.

Before installation, shot blasting and painting are the procedures to deal with the outlook. The primer is epoxy zinc rich and the surface painting is epoxy resin. It will become smooth and nice-looking after this process.

Main techinical features and parameters:

1):Small and exquisite,convenient for transportation, nice apperance.

2):The platform uses checkered plate with a thickness of 5mm: skidproof and nice.

3):The main beam and sub-beam adopt cold rolled steel plate with a thickness of 3mm. It is shaped by being suppressed once by machine in order to increase the compressive strength.

4):Around the corner, 5mm double-layer checkered plate is used to increase the support force of four corners so that the scale body can’t be easily deformed.

5):The lines of junction box and load cells are hidden in main beam so that the scale looks neaty and beautiful.

6):Ultra-thin platform body: the height of scale is 70mm; and the total height of scale and load cells is less than 110mm.
