This electric heating mantle uses Alkali-free glass fiber as insulation material.The procedure is as follows:1.to make the insulation heating rope you should wrap the Cr20Ni80 alloy wire with this insulation material through the wrapping machine,covering machine,braiding machine.2.then making the heating mantle according to different dimension of flasks with international standards by Pure manual knitting method .

Exclusively using special mold to finalize the design by vacuum filtering the Aluminum silicate wool and to add glue and to dry to make the hemispherical thermal insulator .

Shell is made by one-time injection molding and iron sheet static plastic spray process .with beautiful appearance and anti-corrosion .as adopting spherical heating mode , can make the heating area of the container up to more than 65%, warming up swiftly , high temperature , easy operating , and wear well .

Comes with flask clamp hole(reversal clockwise screw).

ZNHW-II type electric heating mantle adopts computer wafer as main control unit to control temperature .using multiple digital filter circuit , fuzzy PID control algorithm ,with double screens digital display,self adjustment function ,high precision ,small size ,one-button tick operating ,use inner and outer thermocouples to measure temperature , controlled silicon manage the output ,160-240V wide voltage power supply and with broken accidentally protection function. This product has features of warming up swiftly , high temperature ,easy operating , wear well .

This instrument is the ideal instrument for labs of colleges and universities ,science researching institution ,chemical industry to heat in experiment .

Usage

1. Insert the AV 220 power source ,open the power switch ,PV display window will display "K" ,the setting window display "400", fit the equipment with K type thermocouple , the maximum control temperature 399 °C , 3 seconds later , PV display window will show the room temperature ,the SV setting window will display last setting temperature value .

2.Temperature setting :keep pressing buttons 3 seconds to add or reduce so as to set the required temperature swiftly. Such as 100°C,the microcomputer will confirm the quantity of heat according to the temperature difference between the setting temperature and current temperature to make sure that there is no temperature error and warming can be made in one time,at the same time to maintain the radiation balance with a tolerance of 1°C between the setting data and real-time data,making it easy to finish the heating procedure .

3.At the back of the instrument , there is a rubber plug which is used to protect the external use thermocouple from corrosion or rust and used as the conduction inner wire.If pulled out ,the inner detector will switch off and the machine will stop heating .If you want to use the external use thermocouple ,then pull up the the rubber plug and connect the plug of the thermocouple with the plug seat also lock the nut ,after this you can put the SS detector into the solution to start the controlled heating.

4.With broken accidentally protection function,when the thermocouple is not connected well or switch off , the display window will show “hhhh” ,when green light is off , instrument will stop heating , please check it before using.

5. Self adjustment function ,if start the self adjustment function ,the heating time and the temperature difference will be the shortest when different heating zone or different heating power or the quantity of solution is not regular .But if the heating medium or heating condition is changed you should reset the self adjustment function .

6.Start self adjustment :keep pressing the button 5 seconds ,if the number in the seting window is flickering then it is in the state of self adjustment . The number will stop blinking after 3 times temperature difference and this indicates that the self adjustment is finished then you can use it . but remember that self adjustment can only be used at the beginning of heating .midway self adjustment will be inaccurate .

Attention

1. instrument should be earthed well .

2. At first usage ,it is normal when some white smoke and peculiar smell escapes from the instrument ,because the inner insulation material is made with some oil and other compound. At this time ,you just should put it in the tip-off place .you can use it after a few minutes smoke will disappear .

3. The heating mantle whose capacity is more than 3000ml will make noise like “creak” , this must be related to the different structure of the heating wire or controlled silicon pressure regulating the pulse signal. Please rest assured to use .

4. Please turn off the power immediately in case of any liquid spilling into the mantle . put the heating mantle in a ventilate place , when it is dry that you can use again , in order to avoid short circuit or any danger .

5. In case of power off , please check the fuse first at the back and above and see to it that whether it gets changed.

6. Don’t use this instrument without any beaker.
