Product Specification

ZNDS-I type intelligent timer temperature controller adopts computer wafer as main control unit to control temperature .Use multiple digital filter circuit , fuzzy PID control algorithm ,with self adjustment function ,high precision ,small temperature impact ,one-button tick operating ,double screens digital display, controlled silicon manage the output ,160-240V wide voltage power supply and with thermocouple broken protection function and timer function. After setting the temperature,then set the time.The heating will be stopped automatically when the time is reached.Shell is made by one-time injection molding process.With features of beautiful appearance,easy operating, lightweight and flexible,it is the ideal experimental equipment to control the electric furnace and electric heating mantle to do the precise temperature control heating test.

Usage

1. Connect to the AV 220 power source ,open the power switch ,PV display window will display “K” ,the setting window display “400”, fit the equipment with K type thermocouple , the maximum control temperature 400 °C , 3 seconds later , PV display window will show the room temperature ,the SV setting window will display last setting temperature value .

2.Insert the power line of the controlled heater into the output plug of the temperature controller.

3. Put the temperature sensor into te controlled liquid or container.

4.Single key operation ,keep pressing the button so as to set the required temperature swiftly,such as 100°C.The green light on express heating and the green light off express stoping.The microcomputer will confirm the quantity of heat according to the temperature difference between the setting temperature and current temperature to make sure that there is no temperature error and warming can be made in one time,at the same time to maintain the radiation balance with a tolerance of ±1°C between the setting data and real-time data,making it easy to finish the heating procedure .

5.Self adjustment function:if starting the self adjustment function,the heating time will be shortest,the temperature impact will be smallest and the balance will be best when different heating zone or different heating power or the quantity of solution is not regulation.But if the heating medium or temperature condition is changed the self adjustment function should reset.

6.Start self adjustment:press the shift keyfor five seconds,then the number of the set window will flash,which expresses it is entering the self adjustment status.After three times of temperature impact,the number will stop flashing,which indicates the self adjustment is over and it can be used.But remember that self adjustment can only be applied at the beginning of heating,the self adjustment will be inaccurate in midway.

7.set the time.Press the time setting key firstly,then use the adding and reducing button to set the required time to heat.

8.With thermocouple broken protection function,when the thermocouple is not connected well or switch off , the display window will show “hhhh” ,when green light is off , instrument will stop heating , please check it before using.
