Applications:

It is mainly designed for compression test of building materials (such as cement and concrete, etc.) and metallic & non-metallic materials. Equipped with special accessories, it can do bending test for components.

It has the control modes of constant speed test load, constant speed displacement, test load holding, displacement holding, etc, as well as the function of screen display of testing data and testing curve, data storing, and it is the ideal inspection testing equipment for quality control, R&D, enterprises and education.

Main configurations & Features:

1.This testing machine consists of Load frame, hydraulic pumping station, compression test fixture, electric & hydraulic servo control system, etc.

2.Load frame: 2-column frame structure, oil cylinder bottom-mounted. It consists of base, column, cylinder, pressure transducer, etc.

3.High precision pressure transducer to measure load, photoelectrical encoder to measure displacement.

4.Hydraulic pump station system: servo pumping station.

5.Control system: Full digital hydraulic servo control, which includes load and displacement. PCI measuring & control amplification unit, servo valve driving unit & software system etc. Load and displacement close-loop control. It can complete load speed, displacement speed, load keeping and displacement keeping control modes.

6.Computer data processing automatically, the printer can print test report.
