This rubber two roll millis mainly used to uniformly mix the raw material and additinal agents for testing and apply the experiment resoults and its ratio in the production line to satisfy the requirement of quality and color specified by the customer.
The rollers of the machine are made of America solid material.Processed by high-temperature quenching and hole-digging technology,the machine features durability,fast thermal transmission,high hardness,high-temperature resistance,anti-corrosion and strength against deformation.
• Built-in heater,together with LCD temperature controller and high-precision sensor,can automatically compensate the temperature to guarantee the temperature equalization.
• Telfon stop block.
• Taiwang gear motor,together with high-precision gearing chain,guarantees stable operation,low noise and good durability.
