How to Use
1. Customer shall go to appointed fee-charge center and get an IC card after open his account smart meter management software.
2. Customer pays for water volume firstly, and relevant data of purchased water volume and customers information has been written into IC card through software and IC card reader- writer.
2. Customer swipes his IC card on the induction area of meter and information in the IC card is automatically written into water meter to activate meter to start power supply.
3. During the period of water supply, the built-in microcomputer in water meter will automatically check and subtract the used water volume. When there is only 2m3left (set in advance), water meter will stop water supply to warn customer to buy water in time. The remaining water volume can be used up by swiping IC card again.
