Principle :
The two tines ( arms or legs ) of Tuning Fork Level Switch are kept in mechanical vibration at the resonance frequency
by piezo crystals. When there is no material in contact with the tines , the tines are free to vibrate , which produces a
good resonance when excited by the electronic drive circuit. This resonance is fed-back into the electronic circuit and
it sees a good amplitude of vibrations electronically. When the service material covers the tines of the tuning fork, the
vibrations are damped. This is sensed electronically and processed signal is used for alarm anounciation & control as
per process requirements.
