Universal Multi-Function Wear Test System - UFW200

General Information

UFW 200 system is the equipment to evaluate 4 types of friction & wear characteristics such as rotation, reciprocating, block on ring test, scratch test. Therefore it can identify wear situations of rotating, reciprocating, abrasive, fretting, galling, seizure, etc. It is developed to carry out various friction & wear tests in environments that changes temperature, humidity, vacuum, gas, etc.

This equipment is manufactured to evaluate friction & wear characteristics for various materials such as metal, ceramic, compound material, coating material as well as nano & bio material, etc.

Pressure load is configured to adjust load application ranges between light load and heavy load by static load device.

The system is configured to measure required wear loss and friction coefficient in real time during wear test, and it can be stored in PC simultaneously.

Temperature and humidity can be adjusted during test. Heat convection method by hot air control is used to control temperature.

Characteristics of UFW200 Series are that it is able to perform each module test using one equipment, and friction & wear test can be done at one equipment which enables to get more reliable data.
