I .Purpose
CB series super-pressure pump is applied in hydraulic test and bursting test of containers and vessels, pipelines and valves. In test, the pressure is boosted from normal pressure to rated pressure. The medium used in pressure test is emulsion, or antirust water and neutral oil similar to emulsion in viscosity. And the test temperature is 5-60 °C. The performance and quality of CB series super-pressure pump comply with the requirements of JB/T6909-93 Super-Pressure Pump.

III. Main structure and operating principle
This pump is a horizontally-placed three-plunger type, composed of an electric motor, belt pulleys, a power end, a fluid end, a pneumatic high-pressure unloader valve and a base. Its dimension and size of installation holes are as shown in Figure 1.
1. Power end:
It mainly consists of a SCB.4 power end (see Figure 2, including a stand, a crankshaft, connecting rods, crosshead and gear pair) and belt pulleys. The rotational motion of the electric motor involves primary reduction through the belt pulleys and secondary reduction through two pairs of helical gear, and then the rotational motion turns into linear reciprocating motion of the crosshead with the aid of the crank link mechanism, to drive the plunger to move. The rotating big gear wheel propels the machine oil within the machine body to flow to lubricate the crankshaft bearing, crosshead and other parts via the oil slots in the connecting rod.
