UHZ magnetic flapper level indicator
Used in liquid level measurement in petroleum and
chemical industry and etc. It can be used for long distance alarming
and level control if add upper and lower limit switch output.
Configure the transmitter, change to 4~20mA or 0~10mA
standard current output. Connecting to display meter or computer,
remote liquid level display measure and control can be implemented.
Providing 2 kinds of installation: side install and roof install.
Providing 4 kinds of material: stainless steel, stainless steel lined
with PTFE and ABS, PP-R and ABS.

Structure principle
Liquid level gauge works according to the buoyancy principle and the magnetic coupling principle.
When measuring liquid level go up or down in the container, the float of the gauge also goes up or down in the tube.
The permanent magnet inside the float couples the magnetic to
the indicator, drive red and white columns turn 180 °. When liquid level
rise, the column or flap turn from white to red. When the liquid level fall,
the column or flap turn from red to white. The red and white edge in the indicator indicate the actual liquid height.
Installation and operation
1.Firstly, check the technical data in the label plate whether consistent with the requirements of the order.
2.There should be no magnet material around 200mm of the level gauge, otherwise the level gquge may work abnormally.
3.After long distance transportation, the red and whithe magnetic columns may be intermingled before installation. In this case, move the appendant calibration magnetic steel from top to bottom on the surface of the indicator, it will make the indicator display all white.
