Overview

Pointer instructions magnetic track level gauge is applicable for a variety of exposure or sealed pressure vessel. Applicable for level indication for viscous oil which easy to adhere to glass surface class and medium which is toxic and hazardous. This gauge is purely mechanical structured, it is naturally secure even work in inflammable and explosive places.

Specifications

Precautions when handling the float:

1) Before unloading the float, tear off the threaded connection between bottom of the dial and the guide rod. Making the float leave the cylindrical magnet steel in the guide rod, then remove the float.

2) After remove the float, coating the glue to the threaded part, and then twist tighten the dial and the threaded rod, recover the product.

3) Enter the vessel after the product installed into the hole, set the float into the guide rod (float arrow points to the instruction header). Fix lower limit circle, then the installation is completed.

4) Commissioning: move the float to the top of guide rod, ring magnet steel in float will suck cylindrical magnet inside the guide rod. Move the float slightly, until head pointer swing corresponds to float's up and down.

5) Please do not arbitrarily demolition or loose any screw in the gauge.
