Our transit-time flow meters can measure liquids containing small amount of air bubbles or suspended solids which are common in most industrial environments such as Petroleum, Petro-chemical, Chemical, Power Plant, Metallurgy, Water Supply and Treatment, Scientific Researches, Measurement Tests, etc. (The application in the aspect of water flow measurement of each industry is very prominent and at this aspect we are experienced).

Advantages:

1. Four lines display for total flow, flow rate, velocity and meter running status.

2. When flow rate is more than 0.5m/s, fixed pipeline calibration accuracy can be up to 0.5% ~ 1.0% R.

3. The high-temperature transducer is suitable for liquid of -40°C ~ 250°C.

4. Providing SD memory function. There are several capacity choices, and the maximum capacity can reach 8G. It can store the data in SD card according to user’s requirement. Users can make more operations on the computer, such as editing the data, analyzing the trend curve and comparing the data collected from instruments. The curve is based on the same meters during different period of time or during different period of time but on different meters.

5. The quality of explosion-proof products has passed ATEX certification as integrated mode. The explosion- proof instrument can be operated directly on the panel keypad.

6. Wireless real-time GPRS module is available.

7.Small pipe flow meter’s transducers can reach maximum contact area with the pipes which will be detected, this can ensure the instruments get strong signal wide coupling area, working steady and excellent seismic stability.
