HCBT-IV Transformer Intelligent Comprehensive Test System

System adopts PLC to auto control and finish test procedure, along with monitoring of upper machine.
Upper IPC adopts friendly imaging man-machine interface, with which procedure and condition of test can be visually monitored, and control operation be done directly.
Test database is added to upper machine software, enabling the auto save of test data, and generating of real-time test report.
System adopts RS485 communication, stable and reliable, with strong anti-interference ability.

2.1 No-load and load tester
Function measuring of loss in no-load and load test of transformer (double- table method, three-table method), and of power factor, average value of voltage, and effective value of current and voltage.
To measure and calculate no-load current, and no-load loss after waveform is rectified.
