Usage

1.Fix the lever in the screw hole at the back and above of the instrument(attention :clockwise and counterclockwise ),adjust the hight of the cross clip and fasten the reaction bulb with the universal clip ,then put into a appropriate stirring pebble.Connect to the AV 220v power source and open the power switch.

2.Adjust the “stirring”knob clockwisely , make it at a right place according to the showed speed to carry out stirring .

3.If the capacity is large or the solution is thick , you can increase the stirring strength by adjusting the knob .

4.Adjust the “temperature adjustment”knob clockwisely , make it at a right place according to the needed temperature to carry out heating.

5.If needed to display the temperature,a glass thermometer or a digital thermometer can be used as auxiliary measurement.

6.If the phenomenon of jumping seed occurs , please turn off the stirring first and start slowly .

Attention

1.Instrument should be earthed well .(instrument should has a good earthing )

2.As the temperature resistance of the motor and the magnet is limited , in doing the heating experiment especially the high temperature heating experiment ,please make sure that the motor rotating at a low speed in order to avoid any damage to the spare parts .

3.After high temperature heating ,please turn off the heating switch first then shut off the stirring switch after a few minutes .

4.The heating part’s temperature is very high , pay attention to it when operating , so as not to get burned .

5.At first usage ,it is normal when some white smoke and peculiar smell escapes from the instrument ,because the inner insulation material is made with some oil and other compound. At this time ,you just should put it in the tip-off place .you can use it after a few minutes smoke will disappear .

6.please don't use the instrument without any load.

7.Please turn off the power immediately in case of any liquid spilling into the mantle . put the heating mantle in a ventilate place , when it is dry that you can use again , in order to avoid short circuit or any danger .

8.In case of power off , please check the fuse first at the back and above and see to it that whether it gets changed.

9.Long time no use ,please keep it clean and reserve it in a dry and without any corrosion air place .
