TH SEIRYS HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER

1 Overview.

1.1 High-precision temperature and humidity sensors, and have adjusted digital filter function

1.2 double high brightness LED, the display shows temperature, humidity, the lower display

1.3 Two alarm control outputs, alarm or lower limit alarm mode can be chosen. Alarm control back to the difference between the independent set (To achieve the four operating modes: heating humidification, dehumidification heating, cooling humidification, cooling dehumidification)

1.4 Transmitter Output (option), can measure the value of the transformed standard display current, voltage output for the form of other equipment (such as:frequency, data acquisition, etc.) use .

2 Technical Specifications.

2.1 Display: 0.56 inches (word height of about 14mm) high-brightness red LED.

2.2 Measurement Resolution: 0.1 temperatures, humidity 0.1% RH

Accuracy: Temperature 0.5, humidity 5% RH (20 -- 90% RH)

2.3 Measurement and Control period: 0.5 seconds

2.4 Display Range: Temperature -19.9~99.9; humidity of 0.0~99.9% RH

2.5 Alarm control output: two-way relay output, contact capacity 10A/250V AC 10A/28V DC

AL1 is the temperature alarm control outputs, AL2 as humidity alarm control output

Two can be independently set the alarm / control difference between value and return

2.6 Power Supply: AC 85~265V power consumption is less than 4VA (DC24V power supply of instruments, note when ordering)

2.7 Working environment: 0~70, humidity below 90% RH

Dimensions:

The sensor of THC18 is more precise: Temperature sensor is DALLAS DS18B20,and Humidity sensor is Humirel HS1101.

3 Manul

3.1 Front Panel Description

(2)Upper display window, displays temperature, And parameter code

(3) Lower display window, displays humidity, parameter value, or alarm code.

(4) Setup key, for accessing parameter table and conforming parameter modification.

(5) Data shift key, and also for auto tuning, auto/manual switch.

(6) Data decrease key, and also run/pause switch

(7) Data increase key, and also stop key

(1)LED indicator.

3.2 Operation Description

The parameter including two part ,see it in table;

All parameter is controlled by Parameter "LCK"

LCK(LCK)--parameter

LCK is 00: All the parameter can be changed

LCK is 01: Only Alarm parameter can be changed

LCk is 11: All the parameter can not be changed.

3.3 First Lever parameter

3.3.1 Press "set" key once, the parameter can be set

3.3.2 Press "set" key again, enter next parameter setting

3.3.3 Press "<"."^".">" to change parameter

3.3.4 Then "set" key again, save the parameter and go to next parameter

3.3.5 Repeat 3.3.2~3.3.4,set other parameter

3.4 Second Lever parameter

3.4.1 Press "set" key hold for about 3 seconds,can access second lever parameter.

3.4.2 Then set parameter same as the First Lever parameter
