Application:

Straight Tube-free Dispensing System is a new integrated system for the preparation of the dyes solutions, dosing of recipes, formula management and possible integration with Color Matching System. The system performs gravimetric dosing with straight solution bottle.

Features:

Function of self calibration

Robotic arm and purpose-made calibration cup which make 4 balances self-calibtated.

Support dispensing recipe more than 140 solution cups

The software will remind you to put the additional cups by manual

if over 140 cups are required.

Humanize management of solution

Remain solution will be auto-recorded accurately, order of priority of making solution can be known by software and with the function of “dye expiration reminders”.

Modularization design

All of the robotic arm, rotary feeder and the dosage device

are independent modularization, which of them can work separately

while the other modularization being closed.

Robotic arm

New design of soft-chain, no injuries to the balance when put the solution bottle on it.

Stepping motor

Locate accurately and stop immediately when meeting troubles. No damage to the

machine and no hurt to the operator.

Apply to dispense high viscosity liquid in printing industry

The adjustable caliber of dispensing head can accomplish high viscosity liquid.

Generally, we need 2~10g dyestuffs, we use

the 0.001g balance to make sure the accuracy.

l If the room-temp is 26°C and both inside and outside of

solution bottle is wet, the evaporation rate would reach

0.01g/20s, which will influence the solution accuracy.

Dual balance will overcome the shortcoming.

l The design of dividing balance transducer and control

panel make good water-proof.

l Fixed balance on machine table to avoid the level

deviation from moving.
