The wind&solar hybrid street light controller is used to control the wind power charging battery under constant voltage. In addition, it includes solar charging control, which makes it good for wind/solar hybrid application.

4. Manual brake switch :At the right side of the controller, there is a manual brake switch. If the switch is turned to the ‘BRAKE’ position, the wind turbine will be manually stoped. In normal situation, the switch should be turned to the ‘RUN’ position.
5."TIMER”: which is used set up the time, the four 1,2,3,4 switch on behalf of 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours. For example,if you want set up 5 hours,you can switch “1” and ”3” to 'ON' position,
6."LIGHT ADJUST": regulating the "LIGHT ADJUST" potentiometer can set up light control point. For example, if you want illumine at the higher light of the circumstances, you can adjust the anti-clockwise potentiometer. On the other hand, you can adjust the anti-clockwise potentiometer.
7."NIGHT" :which indicate it is night now, at this situation,the “DC 1 output” and “DC 2 output” terminals will have DC output.
8."UNDER VOLTAGE": which indicate the battery voltage is lower than " Under Voltage Point ".at this situation, the “DC 1 output” and “DC 2 output” terminals will stop DC output.when the battery voltage is higher than " Under Voltag Recovery Point ", the" UNDER VOLTAGE " will lights off automatically ,and “DC 1 output” and “DC 2 output” terminals will have DC output.
9."CHARGE" :which indicate the controller is in the charging state.
