MS610 Temperature Controller

MS610 series intelligent instruments integrated display the transfer functions, Can be widely applied in all kinds of automatic control fields and achieve the measurement and control of temperature, pressure, liquid level, speed, length etc. it adopts the microprocessor to operate mathematically, also linearly correct various nonlinear signals precisely.

4. 2-way relays output, configured freely into the alarmmode of the upper limit , low limit, upper limit. More upper limit, low limit. Lower limit.
5. Simulation output,4-20Ma and 20-4Ma selectable, transfer range can be set and modified freely.
6. For TC sensors ,with automatic temperature compensation function between 0 and 50°C.
7. Set permanents to be reserved permanently and password to be locked after outage .

If users need voltage signals to transfer, please connect parallelly a 250 Ω or 500Ω resistance of which precision is 1‰ to get a 0….5V 1….5V or 1….10V voltage.

Setting specification

SET key : To choose window pages, different combination of J1,J2,COM indicating lamps to show different pages.

Bit key: Circularly select the LED within the page, the selected LED will twinkle.

Multiply key:Change the value of twinkling bit

Setting method

Instrument parameters contain 4 groups, when the Instrument powered on, press the “SET” button, input the corresponding password, Then enter into different parameter groups to set up all parameters of this instrument. The parameters of all kinds of password locks as follows:
