Single Phase Static Multi-rate Energy Meter is used for measuring the single phase a.c. active energy, and realizes the functions of time of use charging and multirate. It adopts the high quality long lifetime components, the SMT manufacturing craft, the microprocessing and Electro Magnetic Compatibility(EMC) technology, and is reliable in performance. It conforms to IEC 62053-21 standard: Static meter for active energy (Class 1 and Class 2 ), the standard of GB/T 15284-2002 Multirate Energy Meter, and the communication protocol adopted conforms to the standard: DL/T 645-1997 of Communication Protocol Multifunction Energy Meter.

7)Communicaton function : Programming and meter reading on site can be done by using the infrared hand unit(HHU); RS485(option) meter reading .
