SW -7000 series intelliegent two digits display adjustor is a economicaltype adjusting meter, which adopts novel microcomputer singlechip forspecial use, and the red/green mouble rows digital tube separately mean meas-urement and set value. Various kinds of parameters can be typed into the panel, it can realize various classic or modern controlling technology like two digits, three digits intellient PID, and parameter auto-optimization & auto-adjusting etcaccording to different levels and requiremens, and is mainly used in self-controlsystem like temperature, flux, pressure, liquid level and so on in fields of mechanism, chemical industry, ceramic, metallurgy, light industry, petrochemical and heat treatment.

6. About self-adjusting

1.Why use self-adjusting meter: it all adopts PID process control in most places which require more on temperature control, different
best proportion belt, differential coefferential coefficient time and integral time. Traditional PID meter, the set of above mentioned
parameters are all set by experienced process control experts, or the unsuited parameters will make system out of control and
bring big trouble to customer. But this meter, with a PID parameter self-adjusting function, which can automatically simulate
expert's operation to search according to controlled item, and set a best parameter to reach a best temperature control effect.
2. How to use self-adjusting function:a, Press SET key for 5 secs, the meter exits set operation order,and after modifying the data as
"01" ,press SET key for 5 secs, the meter exits set condition and enter self-adjusting condition, at this moment ,AT indicator
lights, after reaching three cycles by digital control near the set point (the set time is different according to different object length)
the self-adjusting finishes, AT indicator extinguishes, and the set P.I.D. parameter is saved into the meter. b, Want to check the set
P.I.D. parameter, you can make it in the second set zone of set operation. c, During the process of meter self-adjusting, the power
supply must be kept successive, and best to reduce distu-rbance, or the it may reset after restart. d,The set parameter of
temperature controlled object started in the original temperature rising process may be not the same sith the self-adjusted
parameter started near the hour, the latter one is better choice. e, Inthe place with byg disturbance, it can adopt several times set
way to check the set parameter’s rationality and make confirmation or modification.
