Introduction

SL-033A tester status for the 3 kinds of contact tester, and is designed to be fast and multiple times functional testing. It achieves 6.1.3.2 (which is one of tester tools for operation, including routine inspections) of ANSI ESD 520.20

SL-033A is an ideal option as it bends unique double circuit test design,and deploys with circuit of 750KΩ-10MΩ(apply for test wrist strap), but test for foot cover the circuit should be750KΩ-35MΩ.

Test Parameter is preinstalled by the factory; you have to adjust it to be the same with your own parameter. SL-033A is easy operation, the yellow lamp means ok, the red means wrist strap or foot strap do not wear right.

Wrist strap Test

This tester can make sure if any way existed between wrist strap and earth wire.

1. Pulling out the wire of foot strap test equipment.
2. Putting on wrist strap firstly and then connect the plug with socket of the tester.
3. Turing on button, then it works within 2 to 3 seconds
4. The LED Lamp turns yellow which means it is ok.
5. But if it turns to be “LOW” or “HIGH ”, that means the wearer should inspect the wrist strap be wore right

Testing grounding device

In order to ensure operation regular, please test foot independently while wearing ESD Shoes or foot strap.

1. Connecting grounding device with tester.
2. One of foot standing on the footstep. But if the floor is conductive, you should pick up your feet during testing. During these time please make sure do not have any metal pull into socket of “WRIST STRAP”
3. Turing on button, then it works within 2 to 3 seconds
4. The LED lamp turns yellow which means it is ok.
5. But if it turns to be “LOW” or “HIGH ”, that means the wearer should inspect the foot strap be wore right
6. Another foot repeat A-C action.
