ZJ-52 series resistance vacuum gauge head is now a widely used low vacuum measuring gauge. After special processing, its heating filament has the advantages of wide pressure measuring range, stable performance, good consistency, quick response time and long life. Its cover employs DM-305 glass, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and porcelain for sealing.
Major Technical Specifications:
1. Measuring Range: 1*1051*10-1Pa.
2. Within the range of 13000 Pa, relative deviation of the calibration curve and the standard characteristic curve is less than 30%.
3. It can be used for reference measuring within the range of 10-11Pa and 3000Pa105Pa.
4. Vacuum degree within the gauge is not less than 5*10-2Pa before unsealing.
Cautions for Operation:
1. Full range and zero point should be calibrated in matching with vacuometer before use.
2. Better be installed vertically.
