PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter Description
PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter uses the international advanced level of sensor, with high precision of electronic component to be assembled by rigorous process which exploits the sensor’s advantages to the full, and make PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter has excellent technical performance, such as strong ability of anti-overload and shock resistance, small temperature drift, high stability, measuring precision etc.. The sensor used for PI2088 Series Pressure Transmitter is a full-welded stainless steel part with an inner solid pressure sensitive chip and stainless steel diaphragm. Silicon oil is filled in the stainless steel part. Measured pressure acts on the diaphragm and transfer to the sensitive chip. The sensitive chip is connected with the amplifer circuit which is special for transmitter through wires. It utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material to realize the transformation between pressure and electronical signal. Because the electrical signal outputed from Wheatstone bridge output on sensitive chip has good tlinearity relation with acting pressure, it can measure pressure accurately.
