The operation of the instrument:
1. link the gas pipeline, to ensure that the interface is sealing .
2. Instrument panel on the valve is in the" off" state.
3. Ventilation. Regulation of flow so that the gas pressure is less than or equal to about 0.2Mpa, flow rate is about 500ml / min, continuous blow after 3 minutes, please change panel on the valve moved to" test" position.
A . before the instrument system in shutdown and blowing apparatus gas path system , the valve must be in the " off" position.
B . The detection process, need to strictly control the system pressure and flow. Otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the detection sensor.
