This electric heating mantle uses Alkali-free glass fiber as insulation material.The procedure is as follows:1.to make the insulation heating rope you should wrap the Cr20Ni80 alloy wire with this insulation material through the wrapping machine,covering machine,braiding machine.2.then making the heating mantle according to different dimension of flasks with international standards by Pure manual knitting method .

Exclusively using special mold to finalize the design by vacuum filtering the Aluminum silicate wool and to add glue and to dry to make the hemispherical thermal insulator .

Shell is made by one-time injection molding and iron sheet static plastic spray process .with beautiful appearance and anti-corrosion .as adopting spherical heating mode , can make the heating area of the container up to more than 65%, warming up swiftly , high temperature , easy operating , and wear well .

Multiple heating units can heat at the same time and can operate separately.

Comes with flask clamp hole(reversal clockwise screw).

Can heat and stir 50-20000ml standard and non-standard reaction flask.

Adopt brushless DC motor,have stable performance ,low noise ,long service life and have no spark.

This instrument is the ideal instrument for labs of colleges and universities ,science researching institution ,chemical industry to heat in experiment .

Usage

1.Fix the lever in the screw hole at the back and above of the instrument(attention :clockwise and counterclockwise ),adjust the hight of the cross clip then fasten the reaction bulb with the universal clip . Insert the AV 220 power source and open the power switch.

2.Adjust the “stir”knob clockwisely in order, make it in a right place according to speed showed to carry out stirring .

3.If the capacity is large or the solution is thick , you can increase the stirring strength by adjust the knob .

4.Adjust the “temperature adjustment”knob clockwisely , make it in a right place according to the needed temperature to carry out heating .

5.If need to show the temperature,you can use the glass thermometer or digital thermometer as a supplementary tool.

6.If the phenomenon of jumping seed occurs , please turn off the stirring first and start slowly .

Attention

1. instrument should be earthed well .

2. At first usage ,it is normal when some white smoke and peculiar smell escapes from the instrument ,because the inner insulation material is made with some oil and other compound. At this time ,you just should put it in the tip-off place .you can use it after a few minutes smoke will disappear .

3. The heating mantle whose capacity is more than 3000ml will make noise like “creak” , this must be related to the different structure of the heating wire or controlled silicon pressure regulating the pulse signal. Please rest assured to use .

4. In case of power off , please check the fuse first at the back and above and see to it that whether it gets changed.

5. Don’t use this instrument without any beaker.

6.There will be inductive electricity passing through the thermal insulation layer and transmit to the shell when the instrument is placed in a humid environment or some liquid run over . so ,earthing is necessary and pay attention to tip -off. If electricity leaking is very serious , please don’t use it .in order to avoid any danger, put it under the sun or dry it in a oven .

7.Long time no use ,please keep it clean and reserve it in a dry and without any corrosion air place .
