Digital voltmeters are applied in the electric power network, automatic control systems, the main usage is to measure a variety of voltage parameters in the electric power grid, in accordance with the additional functions, the meters can be divided into 4 series Digital Display meters: X, K, D, S Series.

X Series Intelligent Digital Display Voltmeters, through AC current sampling directly, and using true effective value algorithms to measure the voltage, they are also digital electric capacity meters that display directly by the digital diode (LED) or liquid crystal (LCD).

K Series Intelligent Digital Display Voltmeters are based on the X Series, have an increase of one way analog transmission output (4-20mA, etc) and one way RS-485 communication interface (using the Modbu-RTU protocol), in order to facilitate digital display meters in the group networking.

D Series Digital transmission meters are based on the X Series, have an increase of three ways analog transmission output (4-20mA, etc.) and one way RS-485 communication interface (using the Modbus-RTU protocl), and can be three lines digital display or single-line digital switch directly.

S Series Digital Alarm Monitoring control meters are based on the X Series, to increase four-way switch value measurement function (to achieve "the remote message function") and 2-3 ways relays alarm output function (to achieve "the remote control function"). In division of the measured electric power network, S Series meters can be divied into single-phase voltmeters and three-phase voltmeters, single-phase voltmeters display mode is sinle line digital display. Three-phase voltmeters display mode are single-line or three-line digital display or LCD display.
