1.Product description

1)DF-5703 (A) Neutron Activation In-line Coal Analyzer (Fig. 1-1) is one kind of cross-belt type coal material on-line detection equipment, with momentous significance in coal mining, coal washing, coal blending, blending of coal putting into the furnace, production process control, etc.

2)DF-5703 (A) in-line analyzer is equipped with modular structure, and can be installed around the belt without the necessity to cut the belt. DF-5703 (A) tests all the materials passing through it. During the whole detection process, it has no contact with the materials, but presents the detection results every two minutes, thus accurately analyzing the content of each element as well as relevant industrial indexes. It carries effective supervision and control on coal quality, with such features as no need to take samples, full material analysis, high analysis accuracy, etc., which has efficaciously solved such problems as lagging coal testing data, etc. By analyzing real-time detection information, it can conduct effective control on the production process, improve production technology, reduce production costs and raise product quality.

3.Product application

In coal analysis field, DF-5703 (A) is mainly used in coal mining, coal washing, coal blending, blending of coal putting into the furnace and production process control. Based on the real-time coal detection information presented by the analyzer, it realizes coal piling by classification as well as coal blending function by controlling the feed quantity of each coal source. It can be widely used in coal producers and coal users, such as coal mines, coal washeries, power plants, cement plants, etc., with specific application as follows:

DF-5703 (A) system can be used jointly with the process control software, so as to classify materials, sort the coals with higher calorific capacity to the maximum and improve the effective utilization rate of various resources in the mine area.

5.Coal blending

DF-5703 (A) can be used jointly with the automatic dispensing software to carry out the raw meal batching control. The weighing instrument and analyzer can send current detection results into the dispensing software, and the latter then controls the feed quantity of each raw material feeder according to the target values of quality control parameters (calorific value, sulfur content and ash content) as set up by the user, so as to make the batching satisfies the quality control requirements. The dispensing software can adopt manual mode. The feed quantity of each coal source can be controlled through the intercommunication system, thus guiding coal blending.
