1.Chamber structure

Introduces integrated composite structure, that is, test chamber consists of the front incubator (bearing structure),

the rear refrigeration, vacuum units and electrical controller (system) installed on the door of the test chamber.

Electrical control panel is set on the front door of test chamber for convenient operation.

The refrigeration and vacuum units are allocated in a separate chassis to reduce impact of vibration

and noise during operation of refrigeration unit on test chamber and facilitate installation and maintenance of equipment at the same time. In order to reduce noise caused during operation of vacuum unit, special sponge acoustic materials for absorbing and canceling noise are installed on inner walls of chassis, and the installation of compressor – one of the main moving parts – also adopts vibration and acoustic insulation measures.

high temperature test and alternating hot and humid test.

The output power of temperature & humidity control shall be calculated

2.Materials

Material of outer case: The housing is processed and formed with high-quality (t=1.2mm) A3 color plates through CNC machine with surface sprayed with plastics, looking smoother and more artistic;

Material of inner case: Imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304);

Insulation material: High-density glass fiber cotton with thickness of 100mm;

Insulation material of door:Glass fiber cotton

3.Standard configuration of test chamber

Testing hole allocated at the left side of the machine (ø50mm) is used to connect testing power cord or signal wire to the outside.(Hole diameter and quantity shall be specified before placing orders)

Distance between electric wire hole and floor: 210mm (corresponding volume: 101L, 225L)

Distance between drainage hole and floor: 190 mm (corresponding volume: 500L, 800L, 1000L)

Attached with condensate receiving tray to drain water to the outside of the chamber.
