General Information

MPW110 System is Macro Scale Wear Tester that is manufactured to perform diverse friction & wear tests such as pin on disc test, ball on disc test, thrust washer test, four ball test, ball on flat test, oscillating test at adjusted temperature and humidity environment by changing jig.

This equipment is manufactured to evaluate friction & wear characteristics for various materials such as metal, ceramic, compound material, coating material as well as nano & bio material, etc.

Pressure load is configured to adjust load application ranges between light load and heavy load by 2-stage lever.

The system is configured to measure required wear loss and friction coefficient in real time during wear test, and it can be stored in PC simultaneously.

Temperature and humidity can be adjusted during test. Temperature can be precisely controlled up to ±1°C using PID Control.
