Model CG300N/F Continuous Capacitive Level Sensor

Model CG300 Capacitive Level Sensor provides reliable, simple, and cost effective continuous level measurement for liquid and inteface between oil and water etc., and due to its original patented principle namely phase detection, the Model CG300 also has an excelent feature of DK compensation function is on board. Changes in resonance frequencies are converted to 4 to 20mA DC.

• DK (dielectric constant) compensation function

When the DK of medium changes, the conventional products need re-adjustment of ZERO and SPAN points. Model CG300 automatically calculates and outputs ZERO SPAN values with one given point adjusted.

• Wide range of measuring mediums

Successful operation for measured medium of 30 to 2,000 pF

• Flexible Wire type is available up to 10 m

Not only the rigged rod but also wire type for the measuring electrode are available. Wire type is suiable for a tall silo and continuously measures cement, plastic powder, coal, ore, grain etc.

We enclose our products with protectors made mainly of cornstarch, a biodegradable and thus environmentally friendly material. (Wooden or other packing materials are also available on request)
