1. Overview
This new type intelligent transmitter is designed to meet customers' requirements for transmitters of easy installation,
high stability and high accuracy based on capacitive transducers.
This transmitter has all characteristics of common ones. Meanwhile, its installation manner is same as the diffusion
silicone transmitter, showing superb performance in pressure and liquid level environments with narrow space that
need high accuracy and stability, and in pressure compensation that utilizes follow quality to finish trade settlement.
2. Working Principle
It accords with the capacitive transducer's working principle: Place metal capacitive transducer horizontally and utilize
automatic welding technology to finish sealed weld, which combines the transducer and process connection parts
perfectly, thus realizing easy installation without any movable part (except circuit parts). This ensures reliable use in

MT3000S Flange Mounting Intelligent Liquid Level and Pressure Transmitter
1. Introduction
The mounting flange of the MT3000S flanged liquid level transmitter executes ANS1 standard. It has "3" and "4" flanged specifications and is of 150LB (2.5MPa) flange degree. Specific installation dimension see drawing below. If users apply GB9116-88 standard, please note that DN=80, 100, PN=2MPa.
Materials of the contacting liquid diaphragm: 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, Tantalum and so on.
If clear indications are not given, we will supply mounting flange of 3'' specification, 150LB and 316 contacting liquid diaphragm.
