MLW Computer Control Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine
Principle:
The load frame adopts frame type structure, which tensile space can be adjusted by a moving cart. Full digital controller controls the servo cylinder to add load, load cell measuring the load, photoelectrical encoder to measure the displacement, computer screen displaying the test results.
Applications:
The tester applies the full digital controller, servo valve control system along with the standard analytic software, so it can realize closed loop control to load and displacement, digitally physically setting zero, software/hardware digitally calibrating, protection, limit-position signal input, thus the machine possess the function of user’ programming. In addition the machine can be equipped special analytic software and print the report form according to the requirements from customers. The machine also can realize the functions of screen display for test data and test curve, disc storage, database management and keep them on the web net interface. The machine mainly do tensile test to specimen conforming to global standards. It can do tensile test to various kinds of metal materials and actual component, such as chains.
