MIL-II Surface Tension Tester

The tester is used to test thin-film's surface tension, that is, the surface wetting tension.

Main technical parameters:

1. Test range: 1-100 mN/m; minimum resolution: 0.1 mN/m, error: 0.5 mN/m, measurement speed: 50 data / s;

2. Repeatability error: less than 0.3%;

3. Test is mainly based on GB/T14216Plastics Film and Sheeting Test Method for Wetting Tension;

4. Contact angle can be connected to computer by ccd camera to realize automatic testing. Ccd is over three million pixels, image acquisition is no less than 30 investigation / s ;

5. With Chinese operation testing software, it can be automatically stored and printed out statements;

6. By connecting to computer to test the surface contact angle, and analyze the surface wettability by the size of contact angle;

7. The instrument provides manual and automatic sample injection for options;

8. Manual and automatic upward-downward for options, ascending distance: 100 mm ;

9. Temperature range: -10 to 130^oC; temperature measurement: -60 to 450^oC; 2 Pt 100 (optional); temperature resolution : 0.01^oC (optional.);

10. Can measure liquids tension coefficient of different concentrations;

11. Sample cup diameter: 50mm, 70mm, 100mm;

12. Power :85-264V AC, 40-60Hz; power: 40W (operation), 5W (preheat) ;

13. System basic configuration: testing mainframe, testing software.
