JIS Z2505 Powder Metallurgy Oil Content Tester
Principle: According to ASTM B311, B328; MPIF 42, 57; JISZ2505, Z2506; GB/T 5163, by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, and by applying boiling water method, vacuum saturation method, it can show the measuring result directly.
Functions:
Can directly show the bulk density of powder metallurgy products, the effective porosity, wet density and volume of sintered oil impregnated alloy.
Can directly show the oil content, effective porosity of sintered oil-impregnated bearing.
By adopting the design of big tank, it can decrease the deviation caused by supporting wire’s buoyancy.
