Principle:
The shoes materials, sponge, EVA materials are all permeable products, according to the standards of ASTM D 3574, JIS and GB/T1033, 533, by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, by applying the boiling water saturation method and vacuum Saturation, immersion method, it can show the measuring result accurately and fast.
Functions:
A. Can directly show the bulk density, apparent density, wet density, apparent porosity, water absorption of sponge and EVA materials.
B. Can directly show the powder true density of sponge and EVA materials by choosing professional pycnometer.
C. By adopting the design of big tank, it can decrease the inaccuracy caused by supporting wire’s buoyancy.
D. When using corrosive liquid as medium, the anti-corrosive water tank can be chosen.
