Principle:
In accordance with ASTM B311, MPIF Standard 42, JIS Z2505, GB/T5163, and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, and by applying wax-sealing method, the boiling water method and vacuum saturation method, it can show the measuring result accurately and fast.
Functions:
For permeable sintered magnetic materials, by using medium method, it can directly show the
bulk density, apparent density, apparent porosity, water absorption.
The bulk density of green can be showed directly by using wax-sealing method.
By using silicon oil as medium, the apparent density and volume can be showed
By adopting the design of big tank, it can decrease the inaccuracy caused by supporting wire’s buoyancy.
