Porosity Tester
Principle:
The machine is composed by Japan precision balance and Taiwan Matsuhaku professional density accessories. According to the standards of ASTM, JIS, GB/T, ISO, MPIF, and by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, it can show the density accurately and directly!
Suitable for:
Impermeable products: tiny plastic particles, high-density tungsten carbide, Glass Permeable products: oil content of tiny oil-impregnation bearing, porosity and density of green or sintered products.
Functions:
With built-in automatic weighing calibration, the machine can be calibrated automatically when turning on.
The accessory is designed by adopting big tank, this can decrease the inaccuracy caused by supporting wire’s buoyancy.
The maximum measuring size of solid is D100×W70×H25mm.
For impermeable products, such as tiny plastic particles, high-density tungsten carbide, the density can be showed directly
For permeable products, the calculation software will be supplied for testing oil content of tiny oil-impregnation bearing, porosity and density of green or sintered products, but the computer should be prepared by users.
