CND3000 LPG level gauge Description The device consists of a rectangular head made of polycarbonate filled with fiberglass, with a transparent cover, and a stainless steel pod with a SPANSIL float, a material which is highly resistant to high pressure and chemicals. A series of resistors and reed bulbs is mounted on the pod. When it closes as the magnet placed on the float passes, they generate a potentiometric effect along the whole length of the pod?s way and send an accurate reading of the tank level which can be read at any time on a display screen installed on the head. It is attached to the tank by means of a JR bracket or an 8" platen. There are two versions of CND3000, the Basic one and TG (integrated remote management) Model CND3000 TG has an integrated GSM modem which allows reading the level from anywhere in the world that has GSM coverage. This system facilitates the installation of the equipment as it is a single device inserted directly into the mouth of the tank with no need to add any supplement to the system. The gauge and the remote measurement module are connected without wires spread across zones 1 or 0. Model CND3000 TG allows you to control your entire fleet of gauges by means of a simple phone message or through a PC with control software, thanks to which you will be able to conduct a study of levels, control history and predict the consumption of each tank in order to optimize logistics. The loading trucks will only visit the tanks that are running out of stocks. The gauges are fully compatible with any inlets for LPG tanks or diesel fuel tanks. On the other hand, in case you need to replace the battery or any other components, the gauge need not be removed from the tank. The device is totally watertight and allows working on its parts with no need to empty the tank, thus resulting in cost savings.
