LY-6100 Double-door Precision Oven

Brief introduction:

Used in baking process, aging test and the need of high temperature without stress of electronic components and plastic chemical products, the industry requirements of components development, quality control and other related regulations.

3.The controller is located in the upper part of the machine together with luxury stainless steel handle and explosion-proof lock .
4.Internal material is SUS mirror stainless steel enclosed 2 layers of mobile stainless steel grid board witch is clean and smooth with strong corrosion resistance.All the internal material is low polluted and all internal barrels use argon arc welding.
5.External material is1.22mm SECC steel plate witch is fine powder baking finished.
6.Heat preservation material for the imported high-density glass rock wool with perfect thermal insulation, maximize temperature heat preservation,use silica ge whitch can long time be under the high temperature of 300 degrees or above.

Temperature controller:
1.PID microcomputer automatic conclusion,PS/SV simultaneous display,be able to set the temperature freely as needed in the range of allowable temperature.
2.CA(K) TYPE output for 12 V
3.Current controller is SSR contactless Relay, keep high stability of the current.
4.Heat material for cellular stainless steel heat pipe, no pollution and hair long service life.
5.Temperature range: RT~300°C

Control accurancy: ±0.5°C; Distributed temperature: ±2.0°C(no-load)

Air supply system:
1.Forced convection level supply air circulation, the motor runs circulatorilily to drive wind wheel to electric heaters rotor,send the hot wind into the oven and then inhalt it to air passage after using to be air source again, thus reduce heat cycle energy loss and ensure the uniform temperature.When opening or closing the door may cause disturbance action this system can be used to recover temperature operation conditions quickly.
2.The motor is imported from Taiwan witch have long axis and can endure high temperature.
3.The fan is a multipage turbine in high strength, equipped with adjustable diversion within the boards witch can make the wind road runs smoothly.

Heat speed: RT~100°C, about 10min

1.Over-temperature protection, No welding wire switch,fuse, Motor over load relay.
2.Timer: 9999s~9999h(can exchange H,M,S and set the place of decimal point)
