Application: widely used tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, silver, zirconium wire, titanium wire, steel wire, aluminum, etc., can be detected online or offline cracking, brittle fracture, inclusions, porosity, burrs and other internal and external defects.

Test principle: The testing machine does not require any coupling agent between the probe and the workpiece non-contact measurement. Eddy current tester produces alternating current by checking the coil induces eddy currents in the workpiece surface. Surface of the magnetic field generated by eddy current test coil in turn affect the electrical impedance. When the surface defects, damage to the original vortex field, causing the coil impedance change detection. Instrument by measuring changes in impedance of the probe signal processing to achieve automatic detection of defects.
