Application:

KB-3000A automatic brinell hardness testing machine adopts brinell hardness measurement principle and can measure the brinell hardness. It is used for harden steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metal and the soft texture of bearing alloy materials. The brinell hardness test is the only one test that has the biggest pressure mark in all hardness tests. The maximum test force can up to 3000kgf. It applies in metallurgy, forging, casting, without hardened steel and non-ferrous metals industry, laboratory, colleges, universities and scientific research etc fields.

It adopts precision mechanical structure and microcomputer closed-loop control system, canceling the traditional weight loading, using electric load unloading test force, the accuracy of test force is 0.5%.
