II Features and purposes: This product is a device for mixing the test materials and ingredients evenly, and the purpose is to have the products with quality and colors as required by customers; to meet customers’ requirements, the test results and ratio are then adopts by the production line.

III Main technical specifications:

(1) Volume of mixer: 5 L

(3) Reduction gears: The chassis and frame adopt low-carbon steel welding structures, comprising forced circulation and lubrication system

(4) Rotor: Dual rotors, four ridges; the speed ratio of front and rear rotors is 1:1.16; the roller is set with cooling water runner which goes through steel casting and thermal refining for hardening; the surface is plated with hard chromium; the bearing adopts ball head roller bearing and bearing oil; the rotor speed is 50 rounds/min.

(5) Heating section: Electric heating tube is imported from Taiwan; heating power is 6 KW; the maximum temperature is 260°C, the temperature is adjustable; the cooling water is available for cooling the rotor.
