Product Overview
MIMS-AF-100 is a vision-based inline inspection and dimension measurement instrument. It directly acquires high resolution color images of an object, and then inspects and measures object’s various dimensions from the acquired images using AEO’s proprietary CrystalVision measurement software.
Compared to similar products, MIMS-AF-100 has the following distinguished advantages:
1) Focusing is automatically performed using AEO’s iAF (Intelligent Auto Focus) technology;
2) The higher image sharpness of objects with highly reflective surface is achieved by using of AEO’s proprietary illumination technology.
These features make it ideal for inspecting and measuring medical devices, optical components, electro-polished mechanical parts, semiconductor wafers, LED wafers, LCD panels, as well as print-circuit boards. It can also be used in general-purpose industrial inspection and QA process.
MIMS-AF-100 makes use of the advanced digital image analysis techniques to provide powerful inspection and measurement functions including linear, area and angle measurements, comparison with CAD file, report generation as well as database management. In addition, MIMS-AF-100 can save images or record video at user-defined frame rate over a long period, making it a valuable tool for monitoring and analyzing live organisms in biomedical industry and life science research.
