1.Brief product description and product advantages:

1). Product dimensions: 1,800mm×1,200mm×1,850mm (L×W×H), the weight of the whole device is around 800kg.

2.Detailed product description:

1)The product can measure ore pulp particle sizes and particle size distributions in an in-line and real-time manner, being applied in such industries as metallurgy, mine, nonferrous metal, etc.

2)Accuracy: particle size detection accuracy: the absolute error is less than 1.0% (1σ); concentration measurement accuracy: the absolute error is less than 1.0% (1σ).

3) Ore pulp properties to which it is adaptable: corrosive ore pulp: The pH value is as high as 12.5; sampling flow: 32~75 liters/minute (2.0-4.5m3/h); ore pulp temperature: 0~50°C; ore pulp concentration: weight percentage concentration 4~60%; dry ore density: 2.0~5.5g/cm3; maximum particle size: when the dry ore density is at 2.7g/cm3, 1% particles accumulated on the sieve are not greater than 2.3mm in diameter; when the dry ore density is at 5.1g/cm3, 1% particles accumulated on the sieve are not greater than 1.2mm in diameter.

4) Applications with multiple running ways: sample channels: 1~3. Measuring cycle: auto, cycle automatically in the order as defined by the user; manual, measure by selection from the front panel; remote control, the field DCS control system computer can select the running ways of number 1, 2 and 3 through the switch quantity signal connected to the particle size analyzer. Running way measurement period: 1 to 255 minutes for each running way (can be selected by user); the typical cycle time of the system for running way 2 or 3 is 180 to 300 seconds.
