1. Product description

DF-5701 is an in-line detecting device across belt for cement materials. It is used for in-line detection of element components during material pile management and raw meal batching. The product is in a modular structure and can be installed around a belt without the necessity to cut it. When DF-5701 operates, the belt slides through the internal supporting tank of the measuring device to measure all materials flowing by. The whole detection process contacts no material and influences no belt operation. The measuring results are given once every minute, with the contents of elements and related quality control parameters being analyzed accurately. Effective control over the production process can be made according to the real-time detecting information of the analyzer to improve the production process, reduce the production cost and increase the product quality.
